Our WorkFor many years we have worked with families to do home modifications, developing curriculum and teaching contractors about the needs of older adults, as well as leading advocacy efforts to influence policy to make home modifications more accessible.

Our MissionWe are fierce advocates of older adults and convinced that society must adopt more proactive efforts to keep older adults in their homes. Home modifications are one component of what is required and our goal is to provide home owners with simple interventions that positively impact their lives.

Louis TenenbaumWith 30 years as a carpenter/ contractor specializing in aging in place, Louis is a recognized thought leader and policy innovator. He was one of the first US contractors to focus his company on home modifications to support independence at home.

Susan KimmelAs both a licensed architect and a lawyer with 20+ years as a regulatory attorney at the FCC, Susan brings her expertise with standard setting, architectural drawings, specifications, and enforcement.

Jonathan DenholtzA high tech executive and entrepreneur with nearly 30 years experience building innovative products and services targeted at both the consumer and education markets. Jon has held leadership positions at both for profit and non-profit organizations. He has also founded several startups and consulted numerous top tier brands.

Seymour TurnerWith 40 years of business experience in the home remodeling, mortgage, and building products industries, Seymour is now working with USC and NCOA on programs to promote independence at home.
